Terms of Use

By creating an account or using any part of the Sendplex platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Miranki SRL, the entity operating Sendplex.

Sendplex is an AI-powered consulting automation platform designed to help independent professionals generate professional strategy deliverables, proposals, and project roadmaps. The Service includes access to specialized AI agents, white-label export tools, and project management integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using Sendplex, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Access may be restricted to certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Service complies with applicable local laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@miranki.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach.

Miranki will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Miranki and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your own input data and the deliverables you generate using the Service remain your intellectual property. You grant Miranki a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content; to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary model weights or algorithms; to resell or sublicence access to the Service without prior written consent; or to transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

Certain features of Sendplex are offered under a paid subscription. All fees are stated in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider and is governed by their terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Miranki makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any deliverables before sharing them with clients.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miranki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
