Sendplex is a service operated by Miranki SRL, a company registered in Luxembourg. For the purposes of the GDPR and other applicable data-protection legislation, Miranki is the data controller for personal data collected through the platform.

We collect information you provide directly: name, professional email address, company name, billing address, and payment method details (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers).

We also collect data generated through your use of the platform: the text inputs you submit to AI agents, the deliverables you generate, session logs, and usage analytics. We may additionally collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited.

We process your personal data to: create and manage your account; deliver and improve the Service; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets); send product updates and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time); detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your consulting inputs or generated deliverables to train our core AI models without your explicit consent.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: contract performance (to provide the Service you signed up for); legitimate interests (platform security, analytics, and fraud prevention); consent (marketing communications and optional analytics cookies); and legal obligation (tax records, regulatory compliance).

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of 36 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., accounting records may be kept for 7 years).

You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will anonymize or delete your data within 30 days, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: trusted sub-processors necessary to operate the Service (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics); professional advisors such as lawyers and auditors under confidentiality obligations; and authorities when required by law.

Some of our sub-processors operate outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular penetration testing.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by law.
